Hand-stretched, flatbread topped with garlic sauce, Fontina and mozzarella cheeses.
A sourdough base which the packet says is made in Italy from mountain spring water and extra virgin olive oil, and then left to rest for 24 hours before hand-stretching and covering with cheese and garlic sauce - wow!
Cant say all of that made a lot of difference when we ate it, but the base was lovely and crisp. Tasty toppings and it cooked well. Enjoyed it, but not quite as special as thought it would be from the hype on the box.
