'per tutti is a restaurant in Manchester, UK'.
We were in Manchester on Saturday 1st December to see the English National Ballet's 'Sleeping Beauty' at the Opera House in Manchester. We had planned to go for a pre-theatre meal at Don Marco's on Liverpool street, which is a 5 minute walk away.
For once we hadn't booked a table, and although we were there relatively early at 5:30pm, when we walked in we couldn't be seated. We thought this might happen and had a few alternatives planned. Over the road is the relatively new 'per tutti' Italian restaurant so we thought we'd give it a try.
The restaurant is very clean and modern. I ordered the stone baked 'Principessa' pizza and allie ordered the 'Diavola' pizza. This was accompanied by a bottle of 'Nero D'Avolo Sicilia 2011' red wine, and finished of with a Chocolate Fondant dessert.
The food and service were both excellent. I would have to highlight the service ultimately though. The staff couldn't do enough for us. They were always on hand checking if everything was OK. I asked for a glass of water which came with ice which was a nice touch. When I asked for a re-fill it was back on the table in 10 seconds! The restaurant was full with Christmas parties which is usually where service falls apart but it continued to be excellent throughout the meal.
The price for the pizza's, wine and dessert was very reasonable. It came to under £40 for two of us. We would highly recommend this authentic Italian restaurant in Manchester if you value good food and service.
It's not just us. Italians I know living over here all rate the restaurant and meals very highly.
