The per tutti Principessa pizza is a stone baked 12" pizza topped with Prosciutto, Rocket & Parmesan.
On their menu per tutti states 'All our pizzas are made to order, roughly 12” diameter on our light & airy pizza bases', and I have no reason to disagree.
There were generous amounts of toppings, in particular the Prosciutto and Parmesan.
The base was just how I like it, thin and crispy. It was obvious that it was hand stretched, always a good sign. It didn't taste exactly like an authentic Italian pizza base. It tasted a bit like the pizza's you get at Pizza Roma in Zermatt, Switzerland. Perhaps a European version of an Italian pizza. I wonder if it's something to do with the flour? One criticism is that the base did seem to get soggier the longer it was on the plate.
My verdict of the per tutti Principessa pizza is a delicious and very filling pizza, only let down by the base.
