Comes in a pack of two Italian style hand stretched bases topped with tomato puree and ready to put whatever else you want on.
I covered mine with soft goats cheese, chopped cherry tomatoes, caramelized onion and red chili. When it had cooked I finished off with rocket, balsamic vinegar and a drizzle of truffle oil.
It was much easier and quicker than making a base from scratch and I loved being able to make a pizza with exactly what I wanted on it so easily. The base was lovely and light and springy and the toppings delicious.
Any good ideas of what to use on the 2nd base?
